CROSSVILLE POLICE OFFICER JORDAN WINNINGHAM GRADUATES FROM POLICE ACADEMY

The City of Crossville Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of Officer Jordan Winningham from the Blount County Sheriff’s Office Training Academy Basic Police Academy Class #022 today (April 9, 2021).

The Basic Police Academy Class is an intensive twelve-week program that trains and prepares law enforcement officers for certification by the Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission of Tennessee.

Officer Jordan Winningham excelled in his Basic Academy class and was awarded the Don E. Boring Law Enforcement Award of Excellence by the Fraternal Order of Police, Bud Allison Memorial Lodge #9, in Maryville. This distinction is awarded to the one recruit, per training class, who displays the highest levels of honesty, integrity, perseverance, team spirit and the desire to excel.

The graduation was held at the East Maryville Baptist Church
