Harriman Utility Board (HUB) will have a planned outage on Cassell Road tomorrow (April 13, 2021) from 9 a.m. until no later than 1 p.m. eastern time. Also, there will be no thru traffic from the 700 block to Fairview Road. This will allow crews to perform some major upgrades to the electric grid.  HUB apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
