Crossville police went to the Circle K gas station on Highway 127 North this past Friday for a vehicle accident. The report states a Ford Ranger driven by 51-year-old Garrett Lee Dobey of Crossville backed out of a parking spot, stopped for a few moments then accelerated and collided with a vehicle at a gas pump. Dobey knew the driver of the car he hit from issues in the past and told authorities he was just trying to scare him. Dobey was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
