A Cumberland County grand jury indicted 31-year-old William Russell Keaton of Crossville for aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and domestic assault. The charges stem from an alleged incident in February of this year where he utilized a handgun to place a female victim in fear for her life with minors present. Keaton will be arraigned in criminal court July 13, 2021.
