Thieves are showing no regard of where they steal a vehicle. Such was the case last Friday when a Cumberland County deputy spotted a Chevy Suburban on the 11,000 block of Highway 70 East near Godsey Road in Crab Orchard. A check revealed it was taken from a funeral home in Athens, Tennessee. The automobile was taken to the sheriff’s office to await the owner to retrieve it. A suspect was identified in the theft.
