A traffic stop conducted by a Cumberland County deputy for a wrong tag displayed turned into a drug arrest. The report states dispatch advised the driver, 32-year-old Melissa Renee Menendez, had an active warrant for violation of probation. A search of her allegedly revealed a substance believed to be heroin. Officers also presumably discovered other drugs in the vehicle. Menendez was charged with felony manufacture and delivery of meth and simple possession.
