Marvin Darrell Rector, age 67 of Crossville, TN passed away December 31, 2021. He was born August 12, 1954 in Crossville, TN the son of Dempsey and Dorothy Brooks Rector. He worked many years in the manufacturing industry and had a tremendous love for old cars and working his sawmill as he enjoyed wood working.

He is survived by his son- Darrell Rector and his wife Brittany of Crossville, TN, daughter- Jodi Fields and her husband Ritchie also of Crossville, TN, brother- Johnny Rector of Crossville, TN, sisters- Glenda Kirby and her husband Earl of Crossville, TN and Delores Turner and her husband Ron of Crossville, TN, grandchildren- Jasper, Macee, Jaxon, Emilee, Maggie, Ritchie Jr. and Tiffany and great grandchildren- Gibson and Charleigh.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 8pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6pm-8pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
