Bledsoe County authorities are investigating an alleged accidental shooting and meth lab found Sunday, February 20, at the home of Jeff Brown on HB Green Road, according to Detective Drake Brown. He said Jeff Brown, 57, faces charges for firing a weapon twice at Eric Colen, 33, who was staying at Brown ‘s residence and for the meth lab. Colen underwent surgery to a gunshot wound to his femur, just above the knee Sunday, noted Detective Brown, and was listed in stable condition Sunday evening.
