Knoxville Police Department, with the help of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Jonathan Burns, age 31 after being identified as the suspect in the June 13th vandalism at the Target on Parkside Drive. He is accused of spray-painting a section of LGBTQ+ Pride clothing and merchandise. He has been booked into the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility for felony vandalism.
