A Spring City female was arrested Friday afternoon by Rockwood police officers just after 2:00 p.m.

According to the police report, officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Lenoir Ave and Martin Luther King Drive where the driver was identified as 33-year-old Stephanie Lynn Foland.  After consent to search the vehicle was given, officers found illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Foland was taken into custody and charged with:

• Failure To Appear
• Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
• Manufacture, Delivery, Sale, Possession Of Controlled Substance x 2
• Driving On Revoked/Suspended License
• Tampering With Or Fabricating Evidence( Vandalism)
• Attachment For Contempt/Non Support

She remained jailed today at the Roane County Jail on bonds totaling $38,250.
