The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for Clay County, Clinton County, Cumberland County, Fentress County, Overton County, Pickett County, Putnam County, Van Buren County, Wayne County and White County until 9:00 AM CDT / 10:00 AM EDT.

Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. Fog will be most common around lakes and rivers. Not every area will be foggy, so be alert for rapid visibility changes as you travel. Slow down, your use low beam headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
