Anyone planning to run for offices in Cumberland County for the March 5, 2024 election can pick up paperwork at the election commission office. The deadline to turn in the paperwork is Thursday, December 14, 2023, by noon.

Citizens in Cumberland County will vote for an assessor of property and a judge for a newly created criminal court part 3.

The even number school board seats for the Cumberland County Board of Education will also appear on the ballot. This includes the 2^nd district seat currently held by Robert Safdie, the 4^th district represented by Anita Hale, the 6^th district held by Chris King, and the 8^th district currently represented by Teresa Boston.

The last day to register to vote for the March 5, 2024 election is February 5, 2024.

Early voting will take place from February 14 until February 27, 2024.
