Kingston police and medics responded last night to the 300 block of North Third Street to an injured subject.

The report states that 48-year-old Anthony R. Pugh of South Carolina was in severe pain and bleeding from a wound on his hip.

Pugh told officers he was standing between his truck and a dumpster in the parking lot when the truck jumped out of gear. It rolled back and pinned him against the dumpster. Pugh was able to free himself and called 911.

Pugh was flown by Lifestar to U.T. Medical Center for treatment.
