HUSBAND AND WIFE ARRESTED ON BURGLARY CHARGES

On Monday, county units responded to a residence on Deepwater Rd. regarding a burglary. Upon arrival, Deputy Tashua Stone spoke to the property owner who said her outbuilding window was busted out and an air compressor and a weed eater were taken from the building.

The owner also advised that she had messages on her from Joshua Fenstermaker, saying he took the items from the building and “he had plenty of time to pawn them.”

Fenstermaker also sent a message stating that he and his wife were arguing when she threw a pry bar and broke the window on the outbuilding.

The next day, County units were dispatched back out to Deepwater Rd. due to prowlers.

While on scene, Sgt. Powers made contact with Joshua Fenstermaker, who admitted he took the items. He said that the weed eater was hidden in the woods behind Honey’s Market. He also said his wife, Bre Perry, was in possession of the air compressor.

Sgt. Powers located the weed eater and returned it to the property owner.

Both Bre Perry and Joshua Fenstermaker were arrested on burglary and theft of property charges. Both are held on $10,000 bond.
