Yesterday, Cumberland County Deputies were dispatched to Tabor Loop due to a male in Tolletts Chapel Cemetery acting ‘funny’.

When on scene Deputy Tashua Stone made contact with a male in gray shorts and a white t-shirt hunkered over talking to himself trying to take his clothes off. When asking the male what he was doing he stated “Mom I’m outside.”

The male identified himself as Todd Dixon and repeatedly said he was picking up trash but was actually picking up leaves.

Todd was described in Stone’s report as ‘all over the place’ and showed signs of being under the influence of an illegal narcotic. Dixon was placed into custody and transported to the Cumberland County Justice Center for booking.
