VEC ADDS NEW PAYMENT PORTAL VIA PHONE
Attention VEC Members: VEC has recently added a new phone payment portal. Members can now call the cooperative toll free using the following phone number: 1-855-940-3927. This number will connect you to a secured payment portal. The phone number will be available exclusively for making payments. It provides the following options:
1. Checking your account status.
2. Making an automated payment.
3. Updating your stored payment methods.
4. Managing your reoccurring payments.
5. Managing your PIN.
6. Updating your phone number.
Please note, you cannot use this phone number to report outages or to check on the status of outages. You should continue using the SmartHub app for all outage related issues. Also, you will not be able to use it to connect to a live person. If you need to speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives, please call your local service center using one of the existing VEC phone numbers.
