The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence regarding a runaway juvenile. The last time the father had seen his son was November 8th, 2024 before he left for work.

The father heard his son’s friends had helped him buy a plane ticket and he had gone to Los Angeles, California.

Rylan does not have a driver’s license and is a junior in high school.

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said they will update hair, eye, and height information as soon as it becomes available. The CCSO also said they have information that Rylan is in Los Angeles.
