ROCKWOOD MAN ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS & RESISTING ARREST

On Monday, Deputy Shawn Aytes was dispatched to Price Loop about the caller’s son, Kenneth Lloyd, who was banned from the property, beating on the doors and windows of the caller’s home.
Dispatch confirmed an active ban, and Sgt. Powers and Deputy Aytes were greeted by an aggressive dog at the gate. After being bitten on the hand by the dog, Sgt. Powers and Aytes both sprayed the dog with OC spray.
The deputies made contact with Lloyd, who was sitting in a chair on the porch. Lloyd refused to comply with the deputies, and so both, Aytes and Sgt. Powers took Lloyd by the wrists, who began to resist by pulling away.
The deputies attempted to take Kenneth to the floor, using a taser and attempting a drive stun. Lloyd grabbed Aytes’s hand and taser in an attempt to keep from being tased, but took a shock to his right thigh and was brought to the ground.
After one more stun, this time to his left thigh, Lloyd was placed in double locked cuffs and transported to intake.
Lloyd was charged with Criminal tresspass and Resisting Arrest.
