MAN TELLS POLICE HIS GIRLFRIEND IS ACTUALLY HIS BROTHER

On Sunday, Officer Osmun responded to a possible physical domestic between 2 parties in a white Chevy Tahoe at Pilot. Upon arrival, Osmun observed the vehicle parked near the entrance at the back of the lot.

He made contact with a man sitting in the driver’s seat and a female who was yelling and getting her items out of the vehicle. Both parties originally refused to identify themselves.

Both were very clearly intoxicated or high, with the female twitching, making exaggerated movements, and talking at an extremely rapid rate. Officer Osmun says in his report “She could not stand still if she even tried.”

She was uncooperative and said that she was not in a physical fight and she was not in need of medical attention. She later said she had a black eye and hinted that the driver gave it to her. However, she did not have a black eye. The female told Officer Osmun her name was “Sean” Henry, born in the year 1982.
The male identified himself as Johnny Bell and said the female with him was his male brother, “Shawn” Henry, and fully believed that the female was a male.

His eyes were also nonreactive to light, his pupils did not constrict and remained the same size. When he stepped out of the driver seat, there was a burnt piece of foil with burnt residue sitting on the driver seat, and numerous other pieces of burnt foil throughout the vehicle, but he was adamant that he was not high.

Bell advised that the “fight” was just two brothers messing around, and it wasn’t anything serious. Officer Osmun made special mention that Bell defecated in his pants on the way to the Cumberland County Jail.
The female was finally identified as Shadayda Farris after officers at the jail were able to confirm an old booking photo of her with what she looked like on scene.

Both Farris and Bell were arrested for Public Intoxication. Farris was charged with Criminal Impersonation and Bell was charged with Stop/Halt/Frisk since he wanted to lie about who Farris was. It was later learned that Bell and Farris were dating. It was unclear if there ever was any physical fight, however, there was no evidence of any physical fight between the two.
