THREE INJURED IN I-40 CRASH ON SUNDAY

On Sunday, at 12:40 p.m., a 2020 Nissan Rogue driven by Alexander James Duke, with passengers Lindsey Marie Duke and an unidentified 10-year-old child was traveling west on Interstate 40 in the right lane near mile marker 325.
The driver lost control, left the roadway to the right, struck a guard rail face, and came to rest facing south in the right lane.
All three would receive injuries in the incident, and the driver would be charged with a seatbelt secondary offense.
