The Rockwood Water, Sewer & Gas Utility board met on Tuesday in downtown Rockwood at 6:00. And one of their agenda items was to re-appoint Mark Clem as chairman and Coach Larry Davis to co-chair.

Richard Hill with the CPA firm doing the audit for the city Water and Gas department came before the board to give them his findings for the last year’s audit which showed no red flags and a clean audit.

The board had discussions of the former garage for the Department on Church avenue, they want to put the property up for sale and approved allowing Coldwell Banker and Associates to help sell the property in a minimum price of around $700,000.

The board also conversed about increasing water and sewer tap fees, but the board voted that down.
