S.V.E.C. TO BEGIN UPGRADING MEMBER SYSTEMS STARTING TOMORROW

Exciting news! SVEC is upgrading our member systems to offer enhanced features. These improvements include a fresh new look for your bill and access to SmartHub, our mobile app and web portal, which makes managing your account easier than ever.
While the system transfer is taking place from Tuesday, February 4, through Monday, February 10, we will only be able to accept cash and check payments at our offices. If you need to make a payment by credit card or through our current app it must be completed prior to 4 p.m. today, February 3.The system transfer will also affect our ability to send out usage notifications. If you have any questions during this time please do not hesitate to reach out to your local SVEC office.We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
