Bill was not only a dedicated chaplain for our emergency services but also an active member of his church and community. For decades, he provided support and guidance to our first responders, always ready with a kind word or a prayer when needed most.

Bill played a major role in establishing the Emergency Services Memorial Wall to honor the men and women who have lost their lives in the emergency services field. His legacy of service and commitment to the well-being of our community will never be forgotten.
