A high-speed chase that began in Sweetwater, Tennessee, ended in Downtown Knoxville on Monday morning, April 07, 2025.

The pursuit involved multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Loudon County Sheriff’s Office, and Knox County Sheriff’s Office.

The chase concluded on I-40 East near Hall of Fame Drive, with no injuries reported.
