From the Crossville Police Department:

On 06/19/2025 at approximately 5:30 am, City police officers were able to identify a subject with multiple warrants, including violation of sex offender, violation of probation, and vandalism. The subject was seen running into a residence on West Adams Street and refused contact with law enforcement, barricading themself inside. Crossville Police Department and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department SWAT teams joined in a 2.5-hour standoff. The subject was apprehended and transported without incident to the Justice Center for booking.
