HARRIMAN MAN ARRESTED FOR CONSPIRACY TO DISTRIBUTE FENTANYL

From the Roane County Sheriff’s Office:

On September 16, 2025, deputies with the Roane County Sheriff’s Office and federal partners, assisted in the arrest of Larry Edward Patterson at his residence located at 4469 Harriman Highway, Harriman, Tennessee. Patterson was taken into custody without incident on charges of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.
This arrest is the result of a joint investigation demonstrating the strong partnership between the Roane County Sheriff’s Office and federal law enforcement agencies working together to combat illegal drugs.
The Roane County Sheriff’s Office remains fully committed to combatting fentanyl abuse in Roane County and the surrounding areas. Fentanyl abuse has led to countless overdose deaths and continues to be one of the most urgent public safety threats facing our communities.
The Roane County Sheriff’s Office will continue to make the fight against fentanyl distribution and abuse a top priority in order to protect the lives of our citizens.
