LOUIS VUITON WALLET STOLEN FROM PARKED CAR, $1,000 IN CASH LEFT BEHIND

On September 1, 2025, Officer Colten Johns of the Crossville Police Department responded to a theft report after receiving a call from dispatch. The complainant reported that between midnight and 1:30 AM, two wallets were stolen from their vehicle parked at 117 East Street.
One wallet was described as charcoal black with blue VL insignias, valued at approximately $839, and the other was black, valued at about $50. The theft was noticed around 2:00 AM. Approximately $50 in change and $1,000 in cash remained in the vehicle’s glove box, with no other items reported stolen.
The complainant noted that security cameras were being installed at the location but were not operational at the time of the incident.
