CAPIAS WARRANT ISSUED ON BRIAN FROST AFTER FAILING TO APPEAR IN COURT
BBBTV12 – HARRIMAN, Tenn. — A Harriman city council member facing charges linked to the shooting death of a teenager failed to appear in court Monday morning, prompting a judge to order his arrest, according to District Attorney General Russell Johnson.
Brian Frost, who owns the Mr. Clean Detail Shop where the fatal shooting occurred, did not attend the scheduled hearing. Johnson said a capias warrant was requested so Frost could be taken into custody and held without bond.
Frost, along with his son Bradley Frost, a former Harriman firefighter, and Tony Williams were all set for court appearances Monday. While Bradley Frost and Williams were present, Brian Frost was not.
Bradley Frost entered a not guilty plea to multiple charges, including 14 counts of providing alcohol to minors, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and one count of possessing a firearm while under the influence.
Williams, who has been charged as an accessory after the fact for allegedly driving a vehicle away from the scene, was assigned a court-appointed attorney.
The charges stem from a late-August shooting during a party at Frost’s auto detail business. Investigators say a dispute broke out among teens, and a firearm discharged, fatally striking 18-year-old Holden Howse in the head. 17-year-old Riley Pawlick was later charged with Howse’s murder.
District Attorney Johnson said his office is working with Frost’s bondsman to confirm the councilman’s whereabouts. “We’ve heard several rumors about where he may be, but nothing that can be confirmed,” Johnson stated.
Bradley Frost’s next court date is scheduled for February 23, 2026.
