CROSSVILLE POLICE OFFICER GRADUATES SOUTHEASTERN LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
CROSSVILLE, TN – The Crossville Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of Sergeant Samantha Seay, from the Southeastern Leadership Academy, on Friday October 24, 2025. The five-week SELA course provided her with Foundations of Leadership Skills, Building External Relationships, Employee/Internal Matters and Critical Issues.
Attending the SELA course aided Sgt. Seay in the development of her leadership style, to create a more effective and progressive leader. The future of the Crossville Police Department will be shaped by today’s new leaders.
