FORMER HARRIMAN COUNCILMAN BRIAN FROST WAIVES ARRAIGNMENT

In Roane County, Tennessee, former Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost has waived his arraignment after surrendering to authorities for missing an earlier court date. Frost, along with his son Bradley—a former Harriman firefighter—and Tony Williams, faces charges stemming from a late-August party at Frost’s auto-detail shop that ended in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Holden Howse.
Seventeen-year-old Riley Pawlick has been charged with murder after a gun discharged during an argument, striking Howse in the head. Brian Frost is accused of tampering with evidence, coercing a witness, and official misconduct, while Bradley Frost faces 14 counts of furnishing alcohol to minors, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and one count of possessing a firearm while intoxicated.
Both men resigned their public positions following the indictments. Brian Frost’s next court appearance is scheduled for February 23, 2026, for a plea-settlement deadline.
