ROCKWOOD POLICE ARREST SEX OFFENDER FOR REGISTRY VIOLATION
The Rockwood Police Department arrested 67-year-old Donald Horace Barnes on Thursday evening on two counts of violation of the sex offender registry. The official report on the arrest is still pending. Barnes is currently being held at the Roane County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
