TRU BY HILTON HOTEL PLANNED FOR CONSTRUCTION ON PEAVINE ROAD IN CROSSVILLE
A Tru by Hilton hotel, a midscale brand under Hilton Worldwide, is planned for construction at 689 Peavine Road in Crossville, Tennessee. The hotel is known for its modern design, efficient use of space, and affordable limited-service experience.
The four-story, 98-guestroom property will be located near the Crossville Shooting Sports Park.
A detailed water and sanitary sewer plan is scheduled for review at the Crossville City Planning Commission meeting today. The plan includes utility layouts for sewer lines, grinder pumps, water lines, parking, and site access from Peavine Road (State Route 101) and Turner Cemetery Road, along with construction specifications and benchmark data.
Construction of the hotel is expected to begin sometime after January.
