CROSSVILLE WOMAN LOSES $400 IN UNAUTHORIZED MYBAMBU TRANSFERS
On December 3, 2025, at approximately 2:47 PM, Crossville Police officers responded to Southgate Drive for a reported fraud. The victim informed Officer Steven McNeal that on November 25, 2025, two unauthorized $200 transactions, totaling $400, were transferred from her account to MyBambu.
She stated that several other attempts were made, but did not go through. The victim also received a letter from MyBambu addressed to an individual named Anthony Conrad at her home address.
Her bank is conducting an internal investigation and advised her to file a police report. The letter from MyBambu was collected as evidence and secured at the Crossville Police Department.
