S.R.O. VAN RUDEN AWARDED 2025 TEEN DRIVER SAFETY AWARD

The Tennessee Highway Safety Office held its annual awards meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the Cookeville Police Department. Crossville Police Department School Resource Officer Scott Van Ruden was recognized for his exemplary service to the Cumberland Region and the City of Crossville.
S.R.O. Van Ruden was awarded the 2025 Teen Driver Safety Award for the entire Cumberland Region of the Tennessee Highway Safety Office. S.R.O. Van Ruden is dedicated to teaching our students at Cumberland County High School the importance of defensive, distracted, and impaired driving.
