BIDS GO OUT TO PUT A WINGSTOP IN CROSSVILLE
A Wingstop location seems to be coming to Crossville as confirmed by Crossville City Staff.
The new restaurant is planned for 424 Obed Plaza, specifically in a portion of the space previously occupied by CATO’s, one of the two available suites in the commercial plaza. Owners have already taken concrete steps forward by submitting a building permit application, and bids for the remodel project have been officially sent out to contractors.
The project involves transforming the site into a brand-new 1,500-square-foot Wingstop restaurant, a popular chain known for its made-to-order chicken wings, hand-cut fries, and variety of signature sauces.
The bid due date is set for February 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST, indicating that the timeline for construction and potential opening would follow contractor selection and subsequent work.
