“Good morning. Our original plan was to service everyone on Saturday this past week since we were running on a one-day delay due to the previous storm. We did try to get out Saturday, but unfortunately, the weather caused the roads to be unsafe for our drivers to do so. We will not be back in the area until Friday, your normal service day. We will however pick up any extra you may have due to being missed last week. Many of the roads are still very icy and we are still running behind from the previous storm. We know this is very inconvenient and we do apologize for the delay. We will be sure to get everything clean up this coming Friday. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
