LEFTOVER 2026 SPRING TURKEY WMA HUNT PERMITS ARE AVAILABLE

NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is announcing that leftover permits are now available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2026 Wildlife Management Area (WMA) spring turkey quota hunts. The leftover permits are located on Chickasaw State Forest, Natchez Trace State Forest South, Natchez Trace State Forest North, and Wolf River WMAs.

There is a limit of one per individual, and there are no parties. Applicants who were successful in drawing a spring turkey quota hunt permit are eligible to obtain a leftover permit. However, hunt dates cannot be the same or overlap.

Permits can be purchased online at gooutdoorstennessee.com, on the TWRA Mobile App, or at any TWRA license agent.
