Here’s a look at our current parcel counts using unofficial January 2026 numbers.
These totals will not be finalized until after the County Board of Equalization adjourns in June, but we wanted to share a behind-the-scenes look at the scale of property assessment in Cumberland County.
From residential homes to farms, businesses, minerals, and tangible personal property — every parcel plays a role in the property tax system that funds local services.
We’ll share updated final numbers later this summer once they’re official.
