CROSSVILLE DRIVER SERVICES CENTER TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR REMODEL
The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security announced that the Crossville Driver Services Center in Cumberland County, located at 136 Dooley Street, will temporarily close starting today, Monday, March 30, 2026, for a planned remodel. The renovation is part of the department’s ongoing initiative to modernize facilities and enhance the customer experience statewide.
Upon reopening, the center will feature all new furniture, upgraded equipment, new flooring, and fresh paint, creating a more inviting environment and enabling faster, more efficient service. During the closure, customers can complete many common driver services online from home. For in-person needs, nearby alternatives include the Rockwood Driver Services Center at 1070 N. Gateway Ave. and the Cookeville Driver Services Center at 4600 S. Jefferson Ave., both of which will offer full services.
The department acknowledges the inconvenience and thanks the community for its patience while these improvements are made to better serve residents.
