CUMBERLAND ELECTION COMMISSION RELOCATES TO NEW TEMPORARY LOCATION
The Cumberland County Election Commission suffered major fire damage on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Their temporary office is now located at the former Lansford Kawasaki building, 2876 North Main Street, Crossville, TN 38555. Early voting for the May 5th Cumberland County Primary will take place at this new location from April 15th through April 30th, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM and Saturday 8 AM–12 PM.
Election Day polling sites on May 5th remain unchanged. Administrator Jill Davis and staff expressed deep gratitude to the 65 firefighters, police officers, and other agencies who responded to the fire, along with special thanks to Fire Chiefs Chris South and Trevor Kerley. They also thanked those who called 911 and everyone who assisted with the recovery and relocation efforts.
The commission is actively replacing lost equipment and materials, and they assured residents that the upcoming elections will be conducted with full integrity.
They asked for patience while the new facility is brought up to full operation.
