HARRIMAN CITY COUNCIL TO MEET TOMORROW
The Harriman City Council is scheduled to meet on Tuesday evening, April 21st, at 6:00 PM at City Hall. The meeting will be live-streamed on the city’s Facebook page.
Under New Business, the council will discuss and possibly take action on the following items:
- – Approving an internal control procedure for the payroll account signatories at One Bank, which would include the City Mayor or Vice-Mayor along with the City Manager or City Clerk.
- – Holding a first reading of Ordinance 0426-01, which amends Sections 13-401 through 13-407 of the Harriman Municipal Code.
- – Approving Resolution R0426-02, which calls for a public hearing on the proposed annexation (by owner consent) of the tax parcel at 149 Pine Ridge Rd (Map 036K, Group A, Parcel 019.00), currently zoned A-2 (Developing Agriculture District), and approves a plan of services for the property.
- – Approving the recommendation from the Harriman Regional Planning Commission to deny a rezoning request from Christy Gedelman on behalf of property owner Don Epperly for the parcel at 316 Walker Rd (Map 026O, Group G, Parcel 006.00). The request seeks to change the zoning from C-2 to R-1 to allow subdivision of the property and construction of three homes.
