Donna Lynn (Anderson) Meadows, age 58, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on April 19, 2026, surrounded by family at her home in Crossville, TN. She was born on August 17, 1967.

Donna was a woman of strong faith. Her love for and belief in her Heavenly Father carried her through all of life’s highs and lows. She was a free spirit who loved going on adventures and making lasting memories. She was a devoted mother and an adored grandmother, lovingly known as “Grandma” and “Nena.”

Throughout her life, Donna held a variety of occupations, including working as a veterinary assistant, an in-home childcare provider, a housekeeper, a private school teacher, a residential cleaner, and a caregiver. However, her greatest joy came from spending time with her loved ones. She was affectionately known as Daughter, Sister, Mama, Mom-in-Love, Grandma, Nena, Wife, Bacon (to her Sizzlean), Fish Face, Mable, Donna Roe, A Who from Who-ville, Favorite Cousin, Niece, and a cherished friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold J. Anderson; her grandparents, Elmer and Myrtle Thompson, and I.J. Anderson and Lee (Dial) Anderson; as well as many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Donna is survived by her mother, Judy Eileen (Thompson) Fahnestock; her husband, Kenneth Wayne Meadows; her children, Brittany Renée Meadows, Joshua Tyler Meadows (and his loving wife, Heather), and Abigail Dawn Meadows; her grandchildren, Tyler Wayne Meadows and Gracelyn JoAnna Shuart; her brother, Jeffrey Johnson; her sister-in-law, Michelle Woods Johnson; her nephews, Joe and Ian Johnson; her devoted emotional support companion, Mindy; as well as her aunts, uncles, and numerous cherished cousins and friends who felt like family.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Caris Hospice of Crossville, TN, for their care and support.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
