CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN CHARGED WITH SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR

Dustin Grant Fellbaum, a resident of Crossville, Tennessee, faces a new felony charge of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor today in Cumberland County General Sessions Court.

On May 20, 2026, law enforcement executed a search warrant on E. First Street related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Fellbaum was living in an RV on the property and was found in possession of an electronic device containing such images. An affidavit of complaint was filed by Officer Chris Isom, leading to an arrest warrant issued in Cumberland County General Sessions Court.

Earlier in the year, on January 12, 2026, Fellbaum was charged with burglary, vandalism, and theft after breaking into A-Z Custom Cabinets on Highway 70 East. Police located him at his residence with a stolen laptop from the business, along with a bloody hoodie believed to be from cutting himself on a smashed window. Damage included a $500 window and a $250 broken cabinet; the laptop was recovered and returned.
