MAN WANTED FROM PICKETT COUNTY FOR 2ND-DEGREE MURDER
The Clinton County Dispatch received a report from Pickett County, Tennessee 911, stating that suspect Jesse Phillips shot a victim in the chest before fleeing the area in a small black pickup truck with a yellow hood.
A Clinton County deputy later located the suspect’s vehicle at a residence on Norman Cole Road. Phillips remains at large and is considered armed and dangerous.
Authorities advise the public not to approach him and to call 911 immediately if he is sighted or his whereabouts are known. This information is being shared to help keep the community informed and safe.
