Funeral Services for Flora Mae “Flo” Bowman, age 93, of Livingston, Tennessee, will be conducted on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 1:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home.

Bro. Darrek Copeland will officiate with interment to follow in the Muddy Pond Cemetery.

Mrs. Bowman was born on Friday, June 9, 1933, in Overton County, Tennessee, to the late Tilbert and Octivia Bilbrey Hargis.

Mrs. Bowman passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the Livingston Regional Hospital.

Mrs. Bowman retired from Style Craft in Livingston and had also worked with the Livingston Shirt Factory. She loved quilting and crocheting. She was a member of Livingston First Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by,

daughter and son-in-law, Fredia and Rick Waddell of Rickman, TN

grandchildren, Josh and Chelsea Waddell of Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Tiffany and Brian Gienko of Park Ridge, IL

great grandchildren, Charlotte and Eleanor Gienko

niece, Barbara Hargis of Monterey, TN

best friend, Barbara Danner of Livingston, TN

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arter Bowman; 5 brothers, Odell, Cordell, Roy, Burton, and Ernest Hargis; 4 sisters, Mary Hargis, Lilly Howard, Laura Swallows, and Sara Phillips.

The family will receive friends at Goff Funeral Home on Friday, June 26, 2026, from 11:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM.
