CUMBERLAND COUNTY MAN FACING MINOR SEXUAL EXPLOITATION CHARGES IN COURT NEXT WEEK
A 20-year-old Cumberland County man is scheduled to appear in court next week to face charges involving the sexual exploitation of a minor, according to official court documents.
Owen Bradley Cole is set for a Deadline Hearing on July 14, 2026, in the Cumberland County Circuit Court before Criminal Court Judge Wesley T. Bray. Cole is being represented by defense attorney Kevin R. Bryant.

According to the indictment, Cole was found in possession of material depicting a minor engaged in sexual activity, with the volume exceeding 100 individual images or a combination of visual materials.
Cole formally entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment on February 10, 2026. Records indicate a $250,000 surety bond was initially posted through Huckabee Bonding on February 13, 2026. However, court records show his bond was subsequently increased to $500,000.
The case remains open as the July 14 proceedings approach.
