Emergency crews responded to a wildland fire call on the Interstate 40 westbound on-ramp at Peavine Road.

First responders arrived to find a small grass fire burning in the median between the on-ramp and the I-40 westbound lanes. Firefighters Are at the scene to address the small blaze quickly.

Drivers heading onto I-40 West from Peavine Road should exercise caution while emergency vehicles cleared the area.
