An ATV crash occurred late Thursday night, September 3, 2026, at approximately 11:21 PM near the intersection of Highway 70 West and Holly Road in Pleasant Hill.

According to preliminary details, a 1999 KMCU Bayo ATV traveling westbound in lane 2 swerved toward lane 1 before the driver overcorrected. The vehicle veered off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch, and came to a final stop on the westbound shoulder.

Initial reports suggested that the individuals involved attempted to leave the scene following the wreck.

The driver of the ATV, 60-year-old Stephen Williamson of Tennessee, and a passenger, 34-year-old Kristen Davis of Tennessee, both sustained injuries in the incident. Emergency responders were dispatched to the location following a 911 call reporting the collision.
