BRADLEY COUNTY MAN ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH CHILD RAPE AND EXPLOITATION
A 25-year-old Bradley County man was arrested following a joint investigation into allegations of sexual abuse involving an 11-year-old child, according to the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.

The Suspect: Zachary Rodriguez of Cleveland, Tennessee.

The Charges: Three counts of Rape of a Child and one count of Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means.

The Arrest: Detectives executed a search warrant as part of the probe, and the case was presented to a Bradley County Grand Jury on September 16, 2026. After the grand jury returned true bills, Rodriguez was taken into custody on September 17.
Rodriguez is currently being held at the Bradley County detention facility on a $200,000 bond.
