Cumberland County recently celebrated a major milestone in local education as the tnAchieves Prosperity Tour stopped at TCAT Crossville. Cumberland County Mayor Allen Foster shared that local tnAchieves students have achieved a remarkable three-year graduation rate of 59%, widely believed to be the highest in the state of Tennessee.

During the event, Mayor Foster accepted a special award recognizing the community and its dedicated mentors for their extraordinary commitment to local youth. Since its inception, the program has celebrated 539 local graduates who have collectively given back through more than 43,000 hours of community service.

Looking ahead, county leaders are emphasizing the need to sustain this momentum. The program is currently seeking 38 new mentors from the community to support the upcoming class of students.
